BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!

As we are getting to know Taryn, we are learning just how blessed that we are to have her in our family. She is so sweet, and calm. She cries less than 30 minutes a day. I know that as she gets older she will be awake more and will probably complain a bit more, but she really seems to be calm and patient. The kids all adore her. Some people were wondering if Brynn would get jealous. I am happy to say that she is only jealous when someone else is holding Taryn because she wants to be the one holding her baby sister. I hear Brynn say "let me see her!" and "Me hold her." at least 50 times a day it seems.

All in all we are all doing well. Last week a stomach bug hit Kenley and Brynn. This week Lauren got a cough. I was hoping that we could avoid all sicknesses this year. So far the baby is avoiding everything though, and that is a great blessing.

I am just enjoying being a mom, and have been content to let Cody take care of the day to day chores. He has been WONDERFUL. The house is clean, laundry is caught up, and meals are taken care of with little, if any, help from me. I am going to enjoy it as long as I can. As a side note, we found out that when he goes back to work he will be back on the day shift. YEAH!!!

What a wonderful life I have.
